Should You Use an Immigration Representative?
When applying for immigration, you can either handle the process yourself or seek the assistance of an immigration representative. But what exactly does a representative do, and why might you consider using one?
An immigration representative can:
- Provide personalized immigration advice.
- Identify the most suitable program for your goals.
- Complete and submit your application on your behalf.
- Communicate with government authorities.
- Represent you in hearings if needed.
While representatives cannot influence the outcome of your application or guarantee success, they can streamline the process, reduce errors, and address unforeseen challenges.
Before hiring a representative, ensure you understand their services and your responsibilities. Using a representative and their expertise can save time, simplify complex requirements, and minimize potential errors.
