NOC 2021 - New NOC codes for Common Jobs

NOC 2021 has come into effect. IRCC has mandated that all express entry candidates update their express entry profiles starting November 16, 2022 to be able to qualify for the draws.


Similarly provinces are also updating their systems to transition from NOC 2016 to NOC 2021.


Here are a few common occupations and their new NOC codes as per NOC 2021.


All the occupations falling in Teer 0, 1, 2, and 3 are eligible for express entry.

He is the director and chief consultant of an immigration consultancy firm, Effizient Immigration Inc. based in Ontario, Canada. Dhruv is authorized to represent and advice clients on matters relating to Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, Citizenship Act, in front of Immigraiton Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), and Immigration Appeal Division (IAD). Dhruv also holds a designation as a Commissioner of Oath in the province of Ontario and is eligible to commission documents related to immigration matters.
